Welcome to my website, my name is David Griffin. I am currently incarcerated and have been fighting an injustice sentencing since 2007. This organization was initially originated for the youth and community issues, but at this point the website is being channeled to facilitate and solicit aid to redeem and recapture my freedom. Whether it’s financial, legal, social assistance or encouraging support, ALL is greatly appreciated.
After reading the history, you’ll find that some people of authority may have felt it was not right but just to fabricate charges and present false evidence which led to my wrongful conviction. Since I did not assist and erroneously accuse an allege cop-killer shooting me in the year of 2004, I sense that I was denied my constitutional right(s) as a victim, witness, defendant and ultimately a citizen of the United States of America.
I personally believe in public safety but by attire and/or the way I was categorized, I now reflect and imagine maybe I was not considered to have

been a part of the public in some instances. Where in some situations that thought would be appropriate like someone found guilty or seen committing a crime. Although pure speculation based off the way someone dressed or the type of music one’s listens to, and relating it to criminal activity is faulty stereotyping.
As a result I hold, there needs to be a true defined balance between one’s rights and the security of one’s community where enjoyment and one’s desires can be properly pursued within the realms of law. As way out as it may seem, this timeout has been a considerable benefit to my life. I walk and talk different, I have a clear mental point of view where I’m not controlled by my sense (i.e. what I see, smell, taste, feel and hear. My bluepri-
nt of speech, action, logic, thought, emotional response and perception are balanced as though I broke my code. Although all the negative things I have done I feel I owe, and have been dedicating myself into giving back by providing insight to individuals. Especially the youth by presenting a new way of thinking and daily activities such as economics, education, entertainment, sports, law, politics, religion, sex and war.
