Instant Print Delivery ($0.49 – currently discounted!) - Your letter will print instantly and directly inside the prison it was sent to, at which point it will be promptly forwarded to your recipient by prison mailroom staff during traditional business hours/days. IMPORTANT NOTE: This delivery method is currently only available to Calipatria State Prison and California State Prison, Centinela. It is not offered at other facilities. Letters to other facilities are sent using the US Postal Service.

U.S. Postal Service Delivery ($0.99) - If the facility that you write to does not support instant print delivery, your letter will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service. Our knowledge of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) mailroom policies and procedures enables us to send mail in such a way that the average letter will quickly navigate the sorting and screening process. Letters are sent from centrally located Fresno, California.

Additional Services

We offer several products that can be shipped to inmates through the US Postal Service. These products are shipped independently of letters, and there is no shipping charge.

• Photographs (First Photo = $0.99, Additional = $0.59/ea) - Our photographs are printed on high quality 4×6 photo paper. Per California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) policy, we allow up to 10 photographs to be sent with one shipment.

• Prepaid Postcards ($0.60/ea) - Provide your recipient with a quick and easy way to write back! Each blank postcard will arrive in your recipient’s hands with First Class postage affixed.      – Optional Electronic Postcard Return Service (+$0.50/ea) - A LetterQuick team member will scan and email your postcard responses to you. Instead of leaving the “To” address blank, we will pre-print LetterQuick’s Fresno, California address so that the U.S. Postal Service routes them to our location. Highly recommended for international customers and those who enjoy paperless correspondence as convenient as email.

• Prepaid Envelopes ($0.80/ea) - We will send a package of 10 blank envelopes, each with First Class postage affixed. Prepaid envelopes are an excellent way to provide your recipient with a means to respond with long letters.
