It's Time: Raise Your Children Not America

Raising your children doesn’t belong to the nation. After some amendments to our U.S. constitution, African Americans were no longer considered second class citizens. U.S. citizens, including all races, are given full rights, liberty, ability to vote and own property under the color of law. Moreover, our nation assist individuals unable to put food on the table, provide clothing and medical care for one’s self or family, aids in the care of the elderly and the mentally and physically helpless. So raising productive law obeying citizens could ultimately be accomplished in theory, as a return of investment. Unfortunately, our society is accustom seeing us black folks degenerate ourselves as a social norm or for entertainment. Our most decadent and disgraceful are situated in the forefront to represent us as the iconic symbol. Are creed or national black/ghetto policy is keeping it 1-hanky (100). No ethic group of people on the planet encourages such logic or behavior. Which would equate stupidism over intellectualism. Now we sometimes overlook it, defend it or engage in it. I am not immune, I must keep it 1-hanky. But after listening to 2-Pac, Biggie, Yukmouth, Mac Dre or Ice Cube we don’t have to be pimps, drug dealers, hustlers, or gang bangers. Stuntin’ with gold grills (gold teeth), pants to the ground, calling women B’s, engaging in unwise unprotected sexual activities, and just exalting criminality. Have your children blurred the vision between reality, entertainment and actuality? (Please respond)

So no more excuses. I’m cool off speaking on the past problems—minute topics that will not produce or stimulate a divergence of our communities self-destruction. I believe solutions and answers are in order. It’s all starts from our mental stand point, in addition to the unity in our community (for more info. see website: http://daveagriffin.wix.com/striv). An example is our bad seeds must be separated from the good and developing seeds. To negate negative influential contamination. Which can be accomplished even without the wrong kind being physically removed from the area. Homeowners, renters, family friends and parents can no longer house or harbor the bad seeds. When you have a garage or living room full of potential bad seeds engaging in day-to-day B.S., you are contributing and facilitating the negative mind states because of your shelter. The individuals willing to attempt to change must have the appropriate assistance mentally and financially. The one’s unwilling must be eliminated in the most humane way.
